Suggested Use

Recommended Use: An important ingredient in traditional beer brewing, hops can also be used therapeutically to relieve tension, making them a key ingredient in our ValeriCalm® tincture.

Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents 12 and over: Take 2 mL (60 drops) one hour before bedtime in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
