Description

Nature's Way Scullcap Herb is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid, in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress. It also helps to relieve nervousness and to relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (during times of mental stress); to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness; and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Recommended Dose: Adults, take 2 capsules once a day.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
